Ordering and Payment: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices are accurate, errors may occur.
Delivery Guarantee: We strive to deliver all premium bedroom furniture within Wicklow and Dublin within 3 weeks. Delay in delivery does not entitle you to damages for any loss you may suffer. Customers have the right to cancel their order within a specific period as dictated by consumer laws.
Warranty: Our furniture comes with warranties against manufacturing defects. The duration and coverage of these warranties vary by product and will be specified at the time of purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise stated, Byrnes Furniture and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Byrnes Furniture. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent or sub-license material from Byrnes Furniture.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from the use of our products.

Our 3-Week Delivery Guarantee
Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Furniture must be in its original packaging and unassembled condition.
- Mattresses can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact and unopened.
- Custom-made or bespoke bedroom furniture is non-returnable unless found to be faulty.
- A collection fee may apply for bulky items like bed frames and wardrobes.
